How to read a Mawsool coverage number
Three numbers show up on our data pages. Mixing them up is the fastest way to make a wrong claim.

Profiles
A profile count is people records tied to a country in the location index. Some profiles are still unindexed globally.
Personal emails
Personal emails are mailbox records such as Gmail or Outlook stored for that country. Germany is the warning example: many profiles, far fewer personal emails in the 31 Oct 2026 export.
Global fill rates
Fill rates on the coverage page are for the whole database. They are not a Saudi or UAE field study. Country bars inside Earth can be about 5% off a true local measurement.
